About Us

Lomond United AFC is an amateur football club with its origins and heart in the historic Fife village of Falkland.

Many of our players are based within a few miles of Falkland and the surrounding villages but we welcome players from further out as long as they can make the training commitments and of course the games.

We are members of the Scottish Amateur FA, the Fife Amateur FA and the East Fife Sport Council and currently play in division two of the FAFA league. The season lasts from around mid August through to May.

Games are mainly played at 2pm on Saturday afternoons but towards the end of the season midweek fixtures are increasingly used to clear the backlog of unplayed games.
